One system: the office, the driver, and the road
Trucking software is sold in pieces. A big fleet can buy them all and pay someone to stitch them together. A ten-truck fleet cannot.
So we built one system instead: five products in production, run daily on our own fifteen trucks.
Oculus Freight TMS
A rate confirmation becomes a dispatched load in about a minute. Every truck runs live on the map, and detention is billed from GPS arrival instead of argued about a month later.
Invoices, settlements, fuel-card charges and photographed receipts land in the same books, so an owner sees profit per truck this week.

More than 120,000 driver reviews of trucking companies, gathered from across the web and tied to each carrier’s FMCSA record. Over 7,400 carriers have a public profile, and all 2.2 million registered with FMCSA are searchable.
It is also where hiring happens: one application a driver reuses across carriers, and a recruiting layer that went live in August 2026.

Oculus Truck Navigation
Every TMS rents its map. We own ours, running nationwide on our own servers since July 2026, with restrictions built from the National Bridge Inventory, NTAD, OpenStreetMap and all fifty states’ DOT files.

Facility Intelligence
Nobody knows whether a driver will sit forty minutes or five hours at a dock he has never seen. ATRI put the cost of that at $15.1 billion in 2023.
So the app briefs him before every stop, and a server-side timer at the gate turns the wait into a record.

Route Economics
